Social media proliferation is more than evident nowadays and other than companies and brands it has also subsequently immersed our private lives too. With all the time spent on Social media the past 15 years (not counting the time spent wasted on MySpace, Yahoo & Aol) it is hence only natural that the majority of us adopt a personality on social media.

Throughout the years I have personally been very interested in social behaviour online and have often had – initiated –  conversations with various types of people. Some cool, some not so cool… but always falling under a different personality type.

As a Facebook page owner or Social Media Manager it’s very important to acknowledge & understand these different types of personalities. How you communicate with each of them can make or break your brand online. Have a look at the Top 9 Social Media Personalities we identified below and tell us what you think!

Having seen the above, which category would you say “fall into”? Maybe its 2 or 3..perhaps even more? Let us know in the comments section people.
