Content strategy refers to the planning, development, and management of content—written or in other media. Why do you need a visual content strategy if you already have a content marketing strategy for your business or brand though? Well, one could find a number of reasons. For example, according to CMI, only 32% of B2B marketers have a documented content marketing strategy and 51% of these marketers say that creating a visual content is a priority that they will focus on the following year.

  1. I think a huge part of successful content marketing is establishing a relationship with the audience, which I am sorry to say, is hard to do with stock imagery. Invest in a photographer and take some good pictures of your staff, office space etc, and use them instead of buying stock imagery. People will trust you more.
