Starting your own business can be a daunting experience especially when you have never done so before and have limited funding or expertise in the industry. There are a number of factors that need to be carefully studied prior to any decision being made even at the initial stages of choosing a location. A good restaurant owner, will identify a niche in the market and attempt to exploit that niche to their best advantage whilst providing high quality. This is the tactic I have used with may of my clients who often approach me to identify suitable locations for their next ventures.
