As a small business owner, your to-do list most of the time feels like a never ending task. So when it comes to Social media being added to that list, it can be a tad overwhelming and frustrating. With so many platforms out there, tips, advice and experts it is very hard to get a clear understanding of which platforms to use and how in order to maximise their potential.

A first step would be to be active on the platforms you believe work for you. Have a look at other companies in your industry and identify where they are most active and why. Create similar platforms for your company or brand, a unique hashtag and you are good to go. You do not have to be on all platforms as a start up as time limits that and it is also important your time is spent productively.
